Allison Postier

Allison has competed successfully in both the hunter and jumper rings and has honed her skills working with a variety of horses, from young prospects to high-level performers. She has spent time training with top professionals in the sport, gaining diverse perspectives that guide her philosophy. Allison works with horses and riders to feel confident when entering a show ring, emphasizing a strong foundation, correct technique, and strong partnerships. Dedicated to every aspect of barn and horse management, she oversees daily operations while continuing to develop her own expertise as a rider and trainer.

Anthony Ruotolo

Anthony grew up in North Florida helping his mom run a boarding and show program, where he learned to manage every aspect of farm operations. He is an essential part of the team, ensuring the facility runs smoothly and efficiently. Alongside his management role, Anthony has experience as both a coach and competitor in the hunter and jumper rings, and serves as the barn's resident farrier, taking a thoughtful, individualized approach to hoof care that supports long-term soundness and peak performance.
